Advertising = No Refunds

If you buy some type of DIRECT MAIL ADVERTISING or get on our “Milk” Direct mail monthly subscription through T.C.C /The Angel Lopez Agency.whether that be a. and decide to contact your bank for some type of charge-back, your account will be suspended until you reverse the charge-back. No exceptions. If you didn't want the ad, don't buy it. If you want some type of refund for ANY reason, you must contact T.C.C/The Angel Lopez Agency first. Creating a red flag with one of our payment options is not professional and will not be tolerated.

In addition, you will most likely lose the charge-back as we have all the proof we need to give to your bank that you actually bought the Direct Mail Campaigns without provocation.

There are no refunds for any advertising, and a charge-back will result in closing your account. If you do a charge back for your $287 payment, you will be deleted from the program.

Your Payment Option

You agree that you are 100% responsible for creating your payment option and adding it to the correct link in the T.C.C payment screen. Your payment option must work immediately and be accurate. Once a member pays their join fee to access our product, The Angel Lopez Ad Agency, it is critical that your payment option work effortlessly for them. New members do not want to wait to get started.

If you have an option that they have to go and create, it slows down your ability to be paid quickly. It also looks bad on T.C.C. We have no patience for that, so please don't waste your time with payment options that are precarious.

Promoting Ethically

T.C.C/The Angel Lopez Ad Agency has the legal right to cancel your account if you promote our company unethically. This is solely based on our opinion and we can terminate you at any time. This can include you continuous promoting to countries that can not pay you.

We are a Tier-1 company.

That means we can ONLY promote to: USA, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada
In addition, you can NOT use T.C.C. as a bargaining chip or some type of bait for people to join our company. You would be hurting my brand and that is not fair to the other members. Not only will you be terminated, but you may also be subject to legal action.

Promoting A Different Program with Our Broadcast Feature.

If you promote another program with our Broadcast feature, your account will be deleted immediately. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against you.

Can Spam Act - (You MUST fill out your profile with your address included)

Spam is a serious problem and will not be tolerated in T.C.C Spam is the unsolicited information sent to someone that did NOT ask for it. An example would be to add someone to our system who didn't request they be added. This is the raw definition of spam. Sending someone emails who didn't opt in and raise their hand to get your information.

Consent (“opt-in”)

You will obtain opt-in consent from a recipient prior to sending emails to that recipient to the extent required by applicable law or regulation.

You will not use purchased or rented email lists or email lists of recipients that have not affirmatively consented (i.e., opted in) to receive emails from customer.

Where applicable law or regulation requires opt-in consent for emails, proof of such consent should be retained by you in accordance with the applicable law or regulation and at least until the email recipient opts out of receiving emails.

Country specific consent requirements, such as double opt-in, use of pre-checked consent boxes from consumers to assume consent, and customers misconstruing consent by inaction or silence should be adhered to based on laws or regulations in the applicable jurisdiction.

Honor opt-out requests promptly. Any opt-out mechanism you offer must be able to process opt-out requests for at least 30 days after you send your message. You must honor a recipients opt-out request within 10 business days. You can’t charge a fee, require the recipient to give you any personally identifying information beyond an email address, or make the recipient take any step other than sending a reply email or visiting a single page on an Internet website as a condition for honoring an opt-out request.

Once people have told you they don’t want to receive more messages from you, you can’t sell or transfer their email addresses, even in the form of a mailing list. The only exception is that you may transfer the addresses to a company you’ve hired to help you comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Uploading Your Own Leads

We do not want anyone uploading their own leads. If someone didn't opt-in to request more information from t.C.C., they are spam. We have "0" tolerance for this type of marketing. In fact, it's not marketing, it's spam. Don't Do It!.

Credit Card Storage

Credit card information is only collected by the payment processors. Admin and members do not see your credit card numbers. Not even the last four numbers.

Aggregate Information

This refers to information that does not, by itself, identify you as a specific individual. Such information would include the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the website that referred you to our Site, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address (a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the web), your operating system and browser type, and any search terms that you enter on our Site. Our web server aggregates this information in order to monitor the level of activity on our Site, evaluate its effectiveness, and improve the content or our Site in order to make your visit an easy and enjoyable experience.
